Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a proactive and positive attitude toward customers, supervisors, co-workers, and the Bank.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the branch and be the first point of contact.
• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and refer customers to other bank services.
• Record transactions and prepare currency transaction reports.
• Cross-sell bank products based on customer needs and promotions.
• Reconcile cash drawer and verify cash transactions.
• Follow audit and security policies and procedures.
• Travel to other branches for support as requested.
