Lead Bank in Kansas City seeks a Teller to deliver superior financial services to both consumer and business clients, manage cash drawers, and support branch operations in a fast-paced environment. You will learn Lead’s product suite, assist with audits, ensure compliance with BSA/AML and CIP/KYC rules, and have opportunities to rotate to Branch Banker roles as you grow.

This role requires flexibility for rotating Saturdays and extended hours, with a supportive team and clear path for career

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
• Comfort with outbound and inbound phone conversations and client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior financial services to both consumer and business clients.
• Manage and balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing of documents and communications.
• Facilitate branch audits.
• Process financial transactions including checks, withdrawals, deposits and loan payments with confidentiality.
• Report information related to financial transactions as required.
• Follow BSA/AML, CIP/KYC, CTR, and SAR requirements; escalate suspicious activity.
• Become a Lead Bank product knowledge expert and educate clients and new hires.
• Adhere to operational and compliance policies and procedures.
• Cross-train for Branch Banker position after Teller duties mastered.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
