Lead Bank seeks a Teller to join our Deposit team. The Teller role is a key client-facing position in a fast-paced, personalized banking environment where staff multitask and deliver excellent service.

Our Tellers greet clients, learn Lead’s product suite, balance cash drawers, and support branch audits. This role offers growth toward a Branch Banker position and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior financial services to consumer and business clients.
• Manage and balance cash drawers, vaults, and ATMs.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing of documents and communications.
• Facilitate branch audits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments in a confidential manner.
• Report information related to financial transactions as required.
• Become a Lead Bank product knowledge expert and educate clients and new hires.
• Adhere to operational and compliance policies and procedures.
• Cross train for a Branch Banker position after Teller duties are mastered.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
