Job summary

Sealed Air seeks a motivated Applications Engineer Co-op in Charlotte for a May–August program. You will work with the Strategic Account team to support meat processing and packaging solutions, focusing on customer interface, sales growth, and technical guidance.

You will gain hands-on experience across product development, cross-functional collaboration, and project management, with opportunities for future full-time employment within Strategic Accounts.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of bachelor’s (or pursuing MS) in animal, meat, food, or packaging science.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Self-starter with ability to drive projects independently.
• Proven customer-facing excellence and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact and build relationships with customer func­tions.
• Assist sales in identifying new opportunities and executing strategies.
• Develop understanding of Sealed Air products and communicate value to customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery with documentation.
