Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager with daily operations and staffing needs. You will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards across the store floor.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years retail experience, 1 year supervisory background, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays while guiding associates and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 15 lb, and age 18+.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager to support coverage and supervision.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold selling model.
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organization and presentation.
• Understand sales goals and align behavior accordingly.
