Job summary

Wild Water Convenience Store is seeking a motivated cashier to be the friendly face greeting customers and driving sales. You will handle POS transactions, keep the store stocked, and ensure guest readiness throughout shifts.

The role requires standing for extended periods, cash handling experience, and reliable, clear communication. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to grow within the store family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid understanding of cash handling.
• Basic computer/tablet skills and clear verbal/written communication.
• Work on the floor—stocking, cleaning, receiving deliveries.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and greet every customer.
• Run daily operations: Open/close routines, cash handling, daily checklists, and POS transactions.
• Stock and organize shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentable condition of counters, floors, restrooms, and displays.
• Manage inventory and receive deliveries, support basic ordering and reporting shortages.
