Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems is helpful.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal).
• A positive attitude and great personal drive.
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation is a MUST.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position.

Responsibilities

• Cash handling functions, confirming prices.
• Assisting customers with their purchases.
• Operating a cash register, computer and paper cataloging systems and processing daily paperwork and forms.
• Ensures that unauthorized persons are not operating their assigned cash register and keeps passwords confidential.
• Ensures customers are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
