Job summary

West Coast Convenience is expanding its network of convenience stores, fuel stations and car washes across California. We are hiring team members for all shifts, offering full-time and part-time roles with a focus on service excellence and growth within the company.

Team Members are responsible for operating the station during their shift, ensuring profitability and meeting customers’ needs. Core values include People, Teamwork, Communication, Training, Results Matter, Fun and Safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage the cash register accurately and balance cash at end of shift.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to store customers, vendors and staff.
• Must be able to read, understand and write in English.
• Perform basic math including making change.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule across shifts (including evenings).
• Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean, professional store appearance.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues and assist as needed.
• Prepare shift reports according to company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
