Job summary

Lidl US in Baltimore, MD is seeking Store Associates to support daily store operations across checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and weekly promotions in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You’ll engage customers, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and uphold Lidl’s standards for cleanliness, safety, pricing accuracy, and product presentation. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

• Willingness to learn multiple roles quickly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly, efficient service during checkout and shopping.
• Transition between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce to meet store needs.
• Meet productivity goals by following Lidl processes and pallet-to-shelf stocking.
• Perform daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas for quality standards.
• Set up non-food displays, signage, and weekly offers with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
• Operate register quickly and accurately, memorize PLU codes.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Assist with inventory control to keep stock accurate and loss low.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist team to complete daily tasks.
