Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Associate to ensure a positive shopping experience for Customers. You will greet Customers, assist with merchandise, and maintain a clean store environment while following company standards and safety policies.

You will support cash handling, merchandise presentation, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient store experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, respectful interactions, and adherence to brand guidelines as you engage customers and support

Qualifications

• Effective communication with Customers and Associates in a courteous manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail transactions.
• Ability to work Full-Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with merchandise in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized store areas including floors, counters and restrooms.
• Operate the register and handle cash, checks, and refunds following company policies.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and visual presentation per guidelines.
• Provide prompt responses to Customer inquiries and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and MOS procedures to protect assets.
