Job summary

Heroic Companies LLC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused retail associate to help customers select products, answer questions, and complete sales transactions. You will operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and keep the sales floor organized and welcoming.

You will support merchandising, stocking, and general store operations, assist customers with price/location queries, and help create a positive shopping experience that drives satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum Retail/Customer Service Experience: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and assist customers with product selection, questions, and sales transactions.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit payments accurately.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming sales floor and support merchandising, stocking, and overall store operations.
• Assist with price tagging, answering location/price questions, and calculating totals including tax.
• Wrap or bag merchandise and assist with checkout efficiency.
• Keep shelves clean and records up-to-date for inventory and sales.
