Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment and adheres to store standards.
• Rings customer purchases/returns accurately and counts change back per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains safety and cleanliness.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
