Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, help locate and purchase merchandise, and operate the cash register. You will stock and rotate merchandise, maintain displays, and keep the store clean to support profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic math, cash handling, and planogram compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment and make change.
• Follow merchandise processes; unpack, stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and build displays.
• Clean the store and assist with housekeeping duties.
