Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of safety awareness and follows safe practices on the sales floor.
• Keeps the store clean and organized, ensures clear egress to exits, and reports unsafe conditions.
• Greets Customers with eye contact, smiles, and a courteous welcome; assists at the register and with merchandise questions.
• Responds promptly to Customer service needs and escalates to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represents the Ross brand and maintains professional appearance in accordance with dress code.
• Performs merchandising tasks and restocks to maintain neat and well-presented departments.
