Dollar General Corporation seeks a team-oriented Store Associate to be the primary customer contact, assist with planogram maintenance, and stock merchandise efficiently. You will greet customers, help locate items, and operate the cash register to complete sales.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, building displays, rotating stock, and upholding safety practices in a fast-paced retail environment. High school diploma preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram guidance.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills and accuracy.
• Experience with IBM cash register functions is a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as the point of contact for customers and assist with merchandise placement.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Build and rotate merchandise displays; restock as needed.
• Assist customers by locating items and answering questions.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag items.
• Keep store clean and maintain safety and shop-floor standards.
