The UPS Store is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver world-class customer service by handling packages for courier shipments and operating copiers, faxes, binding, laminating, and POS devices. You will advise customers with accurate information and best-value options while learning all aspects of the business.

The ideal candidate has prior retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
• Excellent packing skills.
• Proficient with computers; basic Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
