Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Possess product knowledge and use selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Assist in merchandising the store to be appealing and drive sales.
• Rotate product to create eye-catching displays and drive sales.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities for a superior shopping experience.
• Operate cash register(s), collect payment, make change, bag merchandise, and assist customers.
• Assist customers in self-checkout at multiple registers.
• Follow merchandise processes and restock shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness including trash removal, floors, restrooms, and receiving area.
