Job summary

ALDI Middletown is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise and stock, cashier, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and following company policies.

This full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly with starting pay of $20.00 per hour and scheduled wage increases in years 2–5. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and be able to lift up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to operate POS system and cash registers.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Availability for full-time schedule (30+ hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise according to planograms.
• Cashier and process customer purchases accurately.
• Assist curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety in work areas.
• Support store management to achieve operational goals and loss prevention.
