• Starting rate/salary ranges from 18.50 to 26.14 USD based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers needing help and advise on optimal solutions.
• Keep the store area clean, priced, stocked and aligned with merchandising standards.
• Convey product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Build, prepare and maintain food items in IKEA Food as required.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receipt.
• Process sales transactions accurately and provide a smooth checkout experience.
• Support customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
