Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience at our Longview store. You’ll engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.

• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
