Job summary

Williams Lumber in Rhinebeck, NY is seeking a Store Associate to join our full-time sales team. You will engage customers, help locate products, stock and merchandize the department, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, safety rules, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and perform basic math.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and assists in locating products.
• Provides customer service over the phone.
• Suggests products to complete customers' projects.
• Uses Epicor system to create customer orders and track orders.
• Replenishes stock and merchandises shelves.
• Maintains clean, organized department and store areas.
