Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Retail Store Associate to contribute to efficient store operations and help feed local communities. You will greet customers, restock shelves, rotate products, and ensure food safety and overall cleanliness.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to use kitchen and store machinery, with a preference for 0–2 years in retail. Join a team that values reliability and teamwork, supporting promotions and other departments as needed to keep daily

Qualifications

Basic retail knowledge and ability to differentiate products.
Strong customer service skills, courteous and friendly demeanor.
Physical ability to stand, lift up to 80 lbs, reach, and operate equipment.
Ability to read, learn product locations, and operate kitchen and store machinery.
Preferred 0-2 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, enhancing their shopping experience.
Stocking & Maintenance: Restock shelves, coolers, and cases; ensure cleanliness and sanitation of store areas.
Product & Equipment Care: Rotate products, resolve price discrepancies, and maintain equipment properly.
Food Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures per regulations.
Team Collaboration: Support other departments and participate in store promotions as needed.
Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by management to ensure store operations run smoothly.
