Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to serve as the primary contact for shoppers, assist with merchandise, maintain displays, stock shelves, operate the cash register, and help create a welcoming store environment.

You will unload deliveries, build displays, assist customers in locating items, handle transactions, and keep the store clean in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and merchandise presentation guidelines.
• Basic cash handling and mathematical skills.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and read plan-o-grams.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and follow processes to receive and stock merchandise.
• Build displays, stock, rotate, and face products on shelves.
• Assist customers in locating items and provide courteous service.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and bag purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and taking out trash.
• Assist with ordering merchandise and setting up store displays.
