Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a Retail Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced CVS Pharmacy environment. You will engage customers, stock and organize shelves, and support multiple departments including photo and beauty while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role offers 29 weekly hours with a pay range of $15.00–$19.00 per hour, as part of a part-time schedule. Benefits are available based on hours and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity to read computer screens and product labels.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process cash, checks and card transactions.
• Maintain sales floor by stocking shelves, updating pricing, and supporting inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assist pharmacy staff when required and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
