CVS Health is seeking a Retail Store Associate in a full-time, on-site role in the United States. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers in locating products, and support multiple departments including photo, beauty, and pharmacy.

The position typically offers 40 hours weekly with a pay range of $15.00–$19.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is favored but not required.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Preferred but not required: experience in retail or customer service.

Responsabilités

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle cash, checks, and card payments following policies.
• Maintain sales floor, restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and stay informed about CVS services and loyalty programs.
