CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver customer service, operate cash register duties, and help keep the store stocked and organized. The role supports multiple departments and may include pharmacy-related shifts as opportunities arise.

The anticipated weekly hours are 29, with a pay range of $15.00–$19.00 per hour. This position offers a pathway to broaden skills in a fast-paced retail environment and participate in community health efforts while working

Formación

• At least 16 years of age.
• Preferred but not required: High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues.
• Focusing on the customer by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact and offering help locating items when needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision per policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development.
