Job summary

Ace Retail Group (ARG) is seeking a Sales Associate to assist with receiving, stocking, pricing and maintaining a clean, organized store presentation. You will help provide a positive customer experience in our Ace stores.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, solving problems, and supporting daily store operations. Minimum requirements are a High School diploma or GED; retail experience is preferred; ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.

Education
