Qualifications

• Keep stock organized and properly merchandised; ensure store cleanliness.
• Develop product knowledge and fitting skills for customers.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts and handle transactions accurately.
• Participate in inventories, shipping/receiving, and floor merchandising as needed.
• When cashiering, process sales per policy and verify shoe mates are correct.
• Process all sales and POS transactions in accordance with procedures.
