Job summary

Englefield, Inc. is seeking a friendly Duchess Team Member to join our cashiers team at Morse Rd. You will greet customers, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure compliance with safety rules. No prior experience required, but retail or food service is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments)
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency
