Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Operate the cash register accurately and process all payment types.
• Count back change and issue receipts or refunds when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines on tobacco, liquor, and WIC/food stamps.
• Stock, face, rotate merchandise, and assist in store promotions and events.
• Keep the register area clean and report cash discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly on the intercom or phone and answer customer questions.
