You will deliver outstanding customer service, support store operations, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience. Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, and multitask across tasks while adhering to all policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to adapt to changes and follow directions.
• Comfortable lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding service philosophy.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Ring purchases, process returns, and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Contribute to store recovery, cleanliness, and safety throughout the day.
• Provide feedback and accept recognition for a job well done.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and loss prevention programs.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
