Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking dependable Sales Associates to be the heart of our stores. You’ll greet customers, operate the register with accuracy and speed, and help keep bathrooms, pumps, and parking lots clean and safe for every shopper who walks in.

You’ll learn lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with age-verification and legal requirements, while offering friendly service and occasional upsells to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol products in compliance with age verification laws.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, pumps, and lot area.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist where needed.
