Job summary

You will interact with customers, maintain clean, organized storefronts, and follow policies for refunds, voids, and recalls. The job requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 20–30 lbs.

• Experience in customer service and retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Follow procedures for refunds, voids, and saved recalls.
• Assist with loss prevention, sanitation, and product presentation.
• Support training and compliance with WIC, liquor, and tobacco policies.
• Perform other store duties as needed.
