Job summary

Mille Lacs Band is seeking a friendly cashier for our Grand Market-style outlet in Onamia, Minnesota. You will ring up purchases, handle payments, and help bag items while delivering courteous service to customers.

In this role you will learn store programs, specials, and ads, maintain a clean checkout area, stock shelves as requested, and comply with all policies, including tobacco and OTC drug guidelines. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash, checks, and coupons accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases.
• Process payments and assist in bagging items.
• Maintain a clean checkout area and stock shelves as needed.
• Follow store programs, weekly specials, and ads.
• Adhere to tobacco and OTC drug sale policies.
