Kroger Westerville is hiring a Cashier/Checker to create outstanding customer experiences by greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

You will work at 55 W Schrock Rd, Westerville, OH, handling POS transactions, cash and other tenders, and adhering to company policies on restricted items, pricing discrepancies and loss prevention. Part-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout area.
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand and handle various tender types (Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC).
• Adhere to cash handling, loss prevention and policy guidelines (restricted sale items).
• Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator.
