The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will engage with guests to understand their needs and help them create meal solutions while maintaining product knowledge and assisting across departments.

You'll create a welcoming shopping experience by merchandising and stocking items, gathering carts, and upholding professional appearance and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service.
• Engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs so you can help them create their meal solution.
• Maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist across departments.

• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties.
