Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to contribute across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will deliver outstanding guest service, learn product details, and help guests create meal solutions.

You will stock shelves, merchandise products, assist across departments, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment while upholding professional appearance and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 16 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to identify meal needs
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items, assist guests across departments
• Merchandise and stock products to create a hospitable shopping experience
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with housekeeping duties
• Present a professional image and adhere to uniform standards
