Qualifications

• Must love to smile, laugh & have fun.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Promote and drive White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty.
• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect.
• Must be at least 16 years of age at hire time.

Responsibilities

• Customer service at the counter and drive-thru.
• Operate the cash register and assist guests with orders.
• Prepare menu items and maintain sanitation standards.
• Work the fryer/griddle and ensure timely preparation of meals.
