Job summary
Campfire Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team. You will embed with enterprise and mid-market customers to build, configure, and ship technical solutions that go live on our platform, translating complex business requirements into real-world integrations under tight deadlines.
This role is hands-on and customer-facing, not back-office. You will own integrations, data migrations, and troubleshooting in customer environments while
Qualifications
- Hands-on engineering with production-quality code in customer environments.
- Experience with data integrations (ERP, CRM, data warehouses).
- Translate business requirements into integrations under deadlines.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- On-site or remote embedded with customer teams.
Responsibilities
- Build custom integrations, scripts, and configurations to connect Campfire with customer ERP, CRM, and other systems.
- Lead technical discovery with customer engineering and IT teams to scope integration requirements.
- Migrate and validate customer data into Campfire, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Debug and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation, in real time.
- Translate evolving requirements into deliverable technical solutions.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers and Professional Services leads on implementation plans.
- Build reusable tools and accelerators to speed future implementations.
- Represent the customer environment back to Campfire Product and Engineering teams.
