• Interest or experience in customer-facing engineering, technical sales, applications engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Present product capabilities, recommendations, and solution proposals to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions from concept through production launch.
• Investigate technical challenges, analyze root causes, and drive effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support customer visits, technical reviews, product demonstrations, and application discussions both virtually and onsite.
• Continuously learn new products, technologies, and industry trends while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
