Job summary

ASML is seeking an experienced professional to provide onsite product support for Tachyon software to customer engineering teams in the United States. You will build strong customer relationships, manage software engagement, and collaborate with Product Engineering and R&D on recipe development and issue resolution.

The role requires 4–6 years in computational lithography and direct customer interface, with excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience with computational lithography and OPC software tools.
• Direct customer interface experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite product support to customer engineering teams.
• Develop technical relationships with direct customer interface.
• Front-line support at customer site via face-to-face, email and phone communications; characterize issues and provide timely solutions.
• Liaise between Product Engineer Group/R&D and customer on recipe development and software product support.
• Drive and monitor ongoing customer engagements; coordinate and drive technical responses to customer.
• Define technical specs and timelines with customer & Product Engineering Group; draft Statements of Work and conduct regular reviews.
• Work with Jira to manage open customer cases.
• Conduct onsite training or coordinate requested training for our customer.
• Weekly reporting/tracking of customer engagement status.
• Lead short term multi-month projects within a small team; mentor members and manage communications between company and customer.
