Qualifications

• No specific education required (HS diploma or GED preferred).
• 2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization.
• Ability to operate Inventory and POS systems and other retail software tools.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and issues about product features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise as needed.
• Perform all required cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program).
• Contribute to store profitability by accurately handling product flow and stock movements.
