Job summary

Colanar is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple automation projects end-to-end, serving as a key customer-facing liaison. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, controls, electrical, mechanical, purchasing, assembly and service, ensuring schedules, deliverables, and client expectations are met.

This role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and timely updates to leadership in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination, operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from order through completion and transition to service.
• Schedule kickoff meetings, customer check-ins, and FATs.
• Develop agendas, track timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with engineering, controls, electrical, mechanical, purchasing, assembly, and service teams to keep projects on schedule.
