Responsibilities

• Balance the cash fund each morning and evening
• Complete daily opening and closing procedure checklists
• Prepare and reconcile bank deposits
• Process customer sales and payments accurately
• Maintain an organized and secure office environment
• Answer phones, distribute messages, and manage store voicemail
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on service tickets
• Review outstanding customer transactions and schedule deliveries
