Job summary

BlueWater Wash Laundromats is hiring Laundry Attendants for DAY (7AM-3PM) and NIGHT (3PM-11PM) shifts at Merchants Square Shopping Center, Wilmington, DE. You will provide friendly customer service, keep the facility clean, and assist customers with machines and drop-off orders.

Must be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays, and have transport to commute. Positions offer a flexible schedule and benefits, with starting pay at $15.00 per hour and $15.50 per hour for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Functional reading, writing and basic computer skills.
• Effective communication with customers.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment at all times.
• Process Wash-Dry-Fold orders and fold clothes.
• Assist customers with operating machines and value center kiosks.
• Help self-serve customers and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Process drop-off laundry orders in a timely manner.
• Notify management of machine malfunctions and supply needs.
• Promote a safe environment and report safety concerns.
• Night Shift primarily a janitorial/cleaning position (mopping floors/cleaning bathrooms/polishing washers and dryers/etc).

• Currently hiring for DAY and EVENING shift position (7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM) - MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS - must have transportation to and from work to ensure punctuality!
