Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Reducto into customer environments.
• Assess infrastructure and design tailored deployment strategies.
• Debug and resolve infrastructure issues and minimize downtime.
• Codify successful deployments into automation patterns.

Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience operating production infrastructure

Comfortable with Python or similar languages

Exceptional at working across cloud platforms

Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

Strong communication skills with external engineers

Quantitative, hands-on approach to system operations
