Job summary

OpenAI is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to lead end-to-end deployments of frontier models in production for strategic customers. You will own discovery, scoping, system design, build, and rollout, partnering with engineering and domain teams.

Role requires 5+ years of engineering or deployment experience with customer-facing work, and strong code in Python/JavaScript. Travel up to 50% and relocation assistance are provided. This position is based in San Francisco with a 3-day office hybrid.
