Job summary

AMAX is seeking a customer-facing Field Engineer to bridge customers, sales, and internal engineering for OEM server and rack infrastructure solutions. You will support deployments, coordinate across engineering disciplines, and help resolve issues for a diverse set of customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, travel to customer sites, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Experience with server hardware platforms and data center infrastructure requested.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and AMAX engineering teams.
• Support sales teams during customer visits, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate with internal hardware, mechanical, thermal, BIOS/BMC, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams.
