Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a cashier to greet guests, assist customers, and help maintain store displays and cleanliness. The role includes replenishing stock and supporting various retail tasks. You will work to meet daily sales goals and follow the organization's Best Practices, with cross-training across retail operations.

The position requires flexibility in hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
