Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable availability.
• Strong communication; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail; proficient cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and with a focus on satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and provide change as needed.
• Assist customers with product location, store information and events.
• Stock shelves, face aisles, dust as required, and maintain clean checkout areas.
• Communicate with front end manager and Head Cashier; perform other duties as assigned.
